Can I use my Choreographytogo account to login to the app?

No, you need to register with the app separately and create a new account. 

Can I access the app without registering?

No, you need to sign up for free in order to access the free workouts and technique videos. Once you have created your free account and logged in to the app you can also upgrade to access the premium workout library.

I haven’t received my verification code, how do I verify?

If you haven’t received a verification code please check your junk folder, if you still do not have a code then please try signing up again in case you entered your email incorrectly. If you are unable to sign up again (email already in use) please get in touch via this form: https://www.choreographytogo.com/rh-app-help/ and we will verify your account.

When I try to sign up it says the email or username is already in use, what do I do?

This usually means there was a problem with the verification process. Please complete this form: https://www.choreographytogo.com/rh-app-help/ and we will reset your account so you can try signing up again.

Are all the workouts available once I register?

When you register you will get immediate access to the free workouts and technique videos on the app but you need to upgrade to the £10 / month subscription to access the full workout library.

What happens if I forget my password?

You can reset your password by clicking the forgotten password link on the login page.

What if I forget my username?
