How To Start Using The App

Welcome to the updated version of The Rachel Holmes Fitness App.

To gain access to the workouts and programmes you need to create an account:
Register for an account with your email address and create a password.
You will be prompted to verify your email address and a code will be sent to your email address.
Check your spam /trash if you can’t see it.
Enter the code.
You will have an account and be able to access the Free Workout Library, Techniques which includes
7 Day Total Body Workouts
9 Fitness Pilates Workouts
7 Day Midsection Meltdown which includes a daily nutrition video and a daily 10 minute Midsection Meltdown workout.
